About Ron Reports
Built by a field technician, for field technicians
Ron Malkian
Field technician and founder of Ron Reports
Ron Malkian has worked in the field as a technician for many years. He built Ron Reports because he knows the pain firsthand: closing out a job without knowing exactly what you made, and taking the company’s weekly report on trust. Ron Reports is software made for the technician, not the dispatch company.
Why Ron Reports exists
Most field service software is built for the company: dispatching, invoicing, and managing crews. The technician on the other side of the split usually gets a weekly report and is expected to trust it. Ron Reports is built for that technician.
Every job you close, you should know three numbers before you drive home: what the customer paid, what your cut is after parts and fees, and what the company keeps. Every week, you should be able to check that the company's report agrees with your own records. That is the whole product.
What Ron Reports does
- Reads your closing message. Paste the job text in any format and it pulls out the amount paid, parts, and address.
- Works out your real cut. Your split rate, card fees, and per-job fees are applied automatically.
- Tracks your earnings. Today, this week, this month, and all time.
- Checks the company's report. Upload the weekly report as a PDF or HTML file and it flags missing jobs, underpayments, and double charges with the exact difference.
Your data stays yours
Every job is private to your account. Ron Reports does not connect to your dispatch company or notify it in any way. Payments for Pro are handled by Square.
